Costs

Shipping is free within Mainland UK.

Shipping to Northern Ireland is an additional £90 + VAT / order, while larger pallet orders may be subject to additional fees.

Shipping to UK islands (Orkney, Isle of Man, etc), Ireland and Mainland Europe is priced upon request depending on external courier charges.

Please select the correct delivery type or we will be unable to process the order. For other destinations please contact us directly for a quote.

Please note in the event you are not unavailable to take delivery at the agreed date of delivery a re-delivery charge of £45 may be applied.

Same Day Dispatch is available on selected desks* if ordered before 2pm. Check the information in the “Delivery and Returns” tab on specific products. Subject to stock availability.

Returns

All goods must be examined on delivery and any fault or missing item(s) noted in full on the accompanying paperwork. Failure to comply with the above, will result in all claims for damage, fault or missing items being rejected.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days, and receive a full refund on your order.

We will cover the cost of returning the items and arrange for transit for collection; however, to qualify for a refund, items must be returned without damage, in the original packaging. Do not damage the packaging.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you intend to return a purchase. Authorisation is required prior to the return of any item, please do not attempt to return items on your own, as stated above we will arrange return.

A top quality desk

It seemed to take us quite a while to put together but it was worth it and I'm really impressed and have no regrets about the purchase. It wasn't cheap but the quality is superb. I'm a very happy customer.

Great desk

I've been using this desk for around for months now, and I have no complaints at all. The desk is very sturdy whether sitting or standing, and the walnut finish looks lovely. The setup was simple and took less time than I had expected. Overall I would highly recommend; there were a lot of potential desks I could have chosen when I was looking, and I'm happy to have bought this one.

Attractive, stable and well made desk + outstanding customer service

I bought a standing desk from Ergo Desks based on the excellent reviews both about their products and their customer service and comfort in having a 7 year warranty. The desk looks beautiful, have only just set it up but really happy so far! Very robust and doesn't wobble at all - even on tallest setting I can't get it to move at all! I'm glad I paid more for a really stable and well-made desk, and am feeling confident it will work well for years. The 4-way memory controller makes it so easy to switch between positions. I was impressed with their friendly customer service team, rapid response time and super speedy delivery. This was put to the test when I couldn't figure out how to reset the desk upon installation but it was sorted in minutes by their Elaine from their team who is super helpful. Would highly recommend!!!

Great Quality and great service

After looking around for a sit / stand desk for my home office I found it was a bit of a minefield. Cheap desks available on the internet from your standard online retailers but after some research found that a lot of these desks use low quality components (especially the motors). I came across Ergo Desks and their extensive range of desks. Decided to call as its a UK company and had great service from the Ergo team. They explained all the variants and differences between them. Found a desk that would suit my budget. Ordered that day and it arrived next day. The desk is absolutely solid and feels very premium.
